4. Booking and Consultation Services
4.1 Booking Process
When you book a consultation or service through our platform, you agree to provide accurate information and attend scheduled sessions at the agreed time. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees as outlined in your service agreement.
4.3 Virtual Meetings
Virtual consultations will be conducted via Zoom or other agreed-upon platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection to participate.
5. Quotes, Invoices, and Payment
5.1 Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on project scope changes.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual invoices. Standard payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified.
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may be subject to interest charges and suspension of services. Continued non-payment may result in legal action and recovery of costs.
5.4 Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
5.5 Refunds
Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Services already rendered are generally non-refundable. Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Content
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Digital Life Stream or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to project deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Client Materials
You grant us a license to use materials you provide for the purpose of delivering services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during the course of providing services. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.
8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.3 No Warranty of Uninterrupted Access
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance or other reasons.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL LIFE STREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
